It was possible to just answer correctly, and not to arrange a farce and be rude! I didn’t think that instead of returning shoes, we might just get caught!

On the shoes a month later came off the laces because of the unstable fastening of the iron inserts on the lacing holes, and a month later the sole was peeled off, and moisture began to fall inside. Even one winter did not survive, very sorry. For ~ 5000 UAH expected more quality

Terrible customer service, everything is being worked out, you just measure and you’re already being packaged up, it scares you off, you just get at the checkout counter while buying a pair of shoes and they don’t punch but they stand and persuade you to buy something else, answer: thanks but not yet - they don’t understand how in the market, they haven’t seen such a thing anywhere! Two consultants started quarreling with me !!! because after I chose one pair I walked around the room and looked closely at another, another consultant came up to me and offered to measure and then the previous consultant ran up and a quarrel began between them for whose client I am! !! The skin burst right on the bend.A pair of boots can last a little longer than a season. But be prepared that the skin will begin to peel off shoes on bends.This is how artificial leather shoes behave, although it was announced on the store’s website that they were genuine. Here the shoes are not durable and not long-lasting.

Once upon a time, I really liked this brand until it hit the store. The staff, including the admin, are not professional and outspoken boors. Bought winter shoes. When she came home and walked around the apartment for several hours, she felt her leg rise to cramping. The left and right boots differed substantially in completeness (visible visually). The next day came to return the shoes. Result:1. I frankly rude.2. They refused to take their shoes back, accusing me of wearing it on the street (!). Outdoor temperature +12, winter shoes, time - day (!).3. I was accused of stretching my shoes myself!3. Offer to stretch in the store yet! The result is 0. Repeated twice.I wrote a complaint to the Consumer Protection Union.I do not advise anyone to buy here.
